Use digital banking services

Out of concerns for safety in the current circumstances we encourage our customers to use the Bank’s digital channels such as the app and online banking. You can also contact us via our Call Centre on 444 7000 and webchat at arionbanki.is or by e-mail at arionbanki@arionbanki.is.

Under the current circumstances the health of our customers and employees is paramount. Although we are continuing to provide traditional services at our branches, we have fewer employees at work there. We ask our customers to use the aforementioned services in order to reduce the number of visits to branches.

We recommend the use of payment cards, particularly contactless solutions such as paying with smart phones or watches.

If you wish to use banknotes, our ATMs can be used to make withdrawals and deposits.
