Arion Bank’s NOK bond issue admitted to trading on Oslo Stock Exchange today

Arion Bank’s NOK bond issue will be admitted to trading on Oslo Stock Exchange today, 2 July. 

The size of the issue is NOK 500 million. The bonds are floating rate notes bearing NIBOR plus 5.00% interest, maturing in 2016. 

Iceland is the home member state of Arion Bank, and Norway is the host member state in this issue, cf. Article 3 of Act No. 108/2007 on Securities Transactions.

The issue has been arranged by Pareto Öhman.

This represents the first international bond issue by an Icelandic financial institution since 2007.
