The effect of the takeover of Straumur on funds

Because the Financial Supervisory Authority of Iceland has taken control of Straumur-Burdaras Investment Bank hf., the value of Straumur’s stocks owned by the funds listed below will be reduced to zero.

Other funds under the management of Kaupthing Bank Asset Management Company hf. do not own financial instruments issued by Straumur.

Clients can still do business with unit share certificates in Kaupthing Heildarvisitolusjodur and Kaupthing IS-15. Delays in redemptions for ICEQ continue to apply as the temporary suspension of trading in shares issued by Spron is still in force.
